Exhibitor Options:
Option 1: Raw Site only
Raw Indoors: (minimum 27 sqm, $275-$325/sqm)
Raw Outdoors: (minimum 50 sqm, $220/sqm)
Price for on water display: to be advised on request

Option 2: Shell Scheme package
Shell Package: (minimum 9 sqm, $330-$385/sqm)
Price includes:
- exhibition space
- invitation cards for exhibitors to invite key customers
- listing in the Show Updates and Show Catalogue
- bilingual (Chinese and English) display of company’s name on the fascia board
- one electric socket
- two spotlights
- two folding chairs
- one information table
- one waste paper basket
- daily stand cleaning

Procedures for Exhibitors:
- Contact Us or Complete the Exhibitor Registration Form (Word document ... email or fax back to us)
- After your square footage requirements, booth location and other needs are understood ... an exhibitor contract will be emailed to you with an invoice so as to lock in the location and price.
- Make 50% payment within one week of signing the contract. The remaining balance is due three months before the exhibition.
- The show catalogue form will be emailed to you for information you want printed in the free catalogue entry. Your company name, address, and a short description of your company services/products will be in the catalogue and then distributed by various Chinese and Asian media (the deadline is 2? months before the boat show).
- Designated shippers from the show organizer will contact you regarding shipment of your products to your specific booth.
- A list of providers will be sent to you for selecting optional furniture (e.g., television, monitor, table, chairs, etc.)
- Visa application form, badge information, and recommended hotels will be emailed to you (about one month before the boat show).
- Go to Shanghai and enjoy! (No single person has ever complained about their travel to Shanghai. It is one of the most fascinating cities in the world with international quality hotels, economic taxis and many business opportunities)
